Weather: Jumps may be postponed due to weather; you’ll be notified as soon as possible.
Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted only with a valid medical certificate. Without one—or if you miss your jump without notice—the full fee will be retained. With a certificate, you’ll receive a voucher (with an access code) for rescheduling.
Validity & Refunds: Your jump is valid for three years from the booking date. It is non-refundable but transferable. Please notify Cercle Para Luxembourg of any transfer.
Safety: The organization reserves the right to refuse your jump on-site if you pose any safety risk to yourself, the instructor, or others.

Restrictions:
Pregnant women, individuals weighing over 90 kg or shorter than 150 cm, and those with heart, respiratory, or back issues are not allowed.
Do not dive 24 hours before your jump.
Minors must present parental consent and a signed risk waiver.
If you appear intoxicated, you will not be permitted to jump!
